I dunno. I started writing this entry about three days ago with only a title. I forgot what I wanted to say, so I’ll leave the title as the only clue. Leveled a couple of jobs though, MNK to 18 and WAR to 27.

I dunno if I like the expansion or hate it yet. The areas are wicked difficult to move around in (even with my stealth skills) and Easy Preys to even 75s. While the area definetly says “We had 75s in mind.” by SE, it more or less also says, “We didn’t account for any other levels before 75.” After getting the three new jobs I was down about 16K EXP.
However, I like Aht Urhgan itself. A guild for everything, Auction house linked to Jeuno and big open space. This looks like it’s gonna be fun to play around in. Can’t wait to get attacked if you know what I mean.
Sofar I’ve only played Puppetmaster in terms of the new jobs. I’m going to take them all to 10 and go from there.

I dunno. I’ve been so busy with other things XI hasn’t apealed to me that much. I didn’t do anything new or exciting to report on, just leveled a bit.

I did a Royal Jelly the other day. I didn’t know I could be such a kick ass Red Mage. The Queen Jelly never popped. Never needed to. I was that good with Bind and Gravity. I went first though…
And got BOTH Ni and Erase.
FUCK YES. Promptly after going to bed after the third one (3/3 on wins, Two Erases and me with the only Ni). Then I leveled Ninja to 37 and sold (had to drop my Rare/EX Katana) pretty much all my Ninja gear but Shihei and my Drone Earrings. FINALY DONE. I was good at Ninja tanking, but totaly hated doing it. I took Paladin a little farther (25) and that’s pretty much where I am now. Good thing Kazham’s enemies are Monks, something Paladins are insanely strong against when it comes to tanking.
In two hours I’ll be the proud owner of a copy of Treasures of Art Urgan.

DRK is now 15 or so. Don’t quite remember what I did, but all I knew is that when myself and Zidiane (75WHM, BLM, SMN and more) were in the Den of Evil (Valkurm Dunes) together when Eldoran rings me up and says, hey, I got Gaarth, let’s try Fenrir again. I figure, Zidiane is right next to me, Eldoran is ready to go with his buddy, that’s four right there. I whip together two more of my buddies and we’re all set. Needless to say, fFive Summoners (four if you don’t count Eldoran who was a 62 at the time) is overkill for this, not to mention the fact that it was Watersday. Went in, summoned, Spinning Dive (or Water IV by Eldoran) then ran away. Resummon, repeat, have fun. No problem. Not even Howling Moon affected us that much. We whipped his ass. Eldoran was flipping out on Teamspeak he was so happy.
So we went back to Windurst and then I went to Jeuno and walked outside to show the Linkshell what I just did.
I have to admit, he’s a lot bigger when he’s right next to me (and not trying to bite my head off) than I expected.
The next day I got an offer to make a Million Gil. Everone knowing how short of money I always am, I took it up. The job was to play the character Kendarick and get him from 69 to 70. I figure, he’s a Samurai, this should be a fricking piece of cake. (I the following paragraph reffers to the character Kendarick, not NerasSerenity)
And that’s excactly what it was. Amazingly enough, I did it in one day. It only took three parties. The first one disbanded after 10K EXP. Alright, that’s cool. I’ll go KO myself and come back tommorow. The next party I had totaly sucked. The tank could not hold hate off me, even after I switched to my polearm to constrict my damage. All I had to do was Weapon Skill to change the mob’s attention. And it was going on that way for so long I died twice. Aparently the Paladin, who was a Tarutaru mind you (Statisticly the worst kind) who was wearing a Bomb Queen Ring instaid of his Hercules Ring. After a while people just made up excuses and we left. 3K EXP. Hardly worth the effort.
Next party was the best. I managed to get the level and totaly rock the house. Then I put on the 70 JSE and got a small buffer before everyone went to bed. I rushed back to Jeuno, and FINALY bought something I should of had 32 levels ago.

I also sent myself 200K to round out the Million I was supposed to be paid.
I’m taking a break from the game for today and probably tommorow as I get some personal things done.
So yeah. Yesterday I got BLM to 40 and today I got RDM to 41. I stashed both jobs away for now, probably going to spend some time getting their Artifact Weapons soon just in case I take it up again so I can get a head start at 50. My RDM party didn’t go as expected though. When we were in the Crawlers’ Nest, we fought pretty well, but then for some reason the idiot Theif did not bother checking the mob before he pulled it and we would of wiped. I was the last one standing.
Chainspell – Warp 
I basicly said it was a bad pull and entirely his fault. I figured, I had my level, I’m probably not gonna touch RDM for a while. Let’s move on to something else.
And then I remembered how much of a pain it was grinding out level 12 from level 7. Meh. I got Dark Knight to level 8 before I died for the third time and HPed to Jeuno. I got .3 in alchemy though from making Silent Oils though (Carried Water and Slime Oil, farmed the bees and crystals). Eh, made 30K from the oil and my expedition.
Still waiting on my mauls…
